How do you get new karts and tracks on mario kart ds?

I would like 2 know how to get tracks on multiplayer and get more people and karts for single and multi player. I also need cheats for mario kart and the following:
mario party ds
super mario 64 ds
indiana jones lego ds
diamond version ds
madden 09 ds
asphalt urban gt 2 ds
prince caspian ds
shaun white ds

its really not that hard just win every gran prix

an u will eventually unlock 4 extra characters
Dry Bones , R.O.B , daisy and waluigi

all 36 karts for every character

any way in multi player if u are playing simple u can only do the first 4 tracks in nitro and retro and in normal if u have one person with all tracks and he hosts u can all use all tracks

and all of the courses
