What are 3 strong arguments as to why hand-held gadgets should be banned while driving?
What are 3 arguments as to why hand-held gadgets should be banned while driving? What arguments could be raised on both sides of this issue? Would this law be a reasonable limit to our liberty? How would the courts decide any challenge to this law?
Well here are my 3 points:
1.Takes your eyes off the road
2.Takes your mind off driving
3.You have one less hand on the steering wheel which can be crucial in a dangerous situation.
See some people are able to grab a hand held gadget, use it fully, and still be as safe as if they weren't using it. The reason the law would be input would be for the people who can't do it.
If you said you can use these gadgets on the road, that's not only saying for the good drivers, it's for EVERYONE....and that won't be a good thing.
The main reason we have this rule is just so there is no chance of accidents.
