i want to build a shed using screws instead of nails(i love my impact driver)?
go ahead with screws, much better job.
and if ever you decide to move the shed it's much easier to undo a screw than to extract a nail..
don't forget to use galvanized or zinc plated nails on all exterior applications.
oh, and you might need do Drill Pilot holes in some cases to stop the timber from splitting.
