What paint color will be good for a subpar Drywall Finishing job??
I consider myself a rookie when it comes to finishing drywall. What color do you think will mask some of the errors in my finish work?? It's in the basement without much natural light, so a lighter tone might have to work.
There is no paint color that will hide flaws. If the mud and tape job is not too bad, use a heavy texture to cover the imprefections. You can rent a texture hopper at most equipment rental or home improvement stores. use can purchase pre-mixed texture and apply.
Just remember to mask and tape those areas that you dont want to texture. The bright side is if you over spray texture, it wipes clean with a sponge.
After it drys primer and choose any color that fancies you.
