Do I use the Pantene Pro-V Med-Thick Hair Solutions Intensive Restoration Treatment on wet hair or dry hair?

the instructions say to:
"Use once a week to infuse dry, damaged hair with the look of health. Apply to hair starting at the roots and work toward tips. Let treatment work for 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For hair that’s moisturized and healthy-looking, use with Pantene Pro-V Medium-Thick Hair Solutions Dry to Moisturized™ Shampoo and Conditioner."
it doesn't say to use it on wet or dry hair..

does anyone know? or does it really matter if its wet or dry..?

Normally with hair treatments they say to use it on damp hair, however I find that on severely damaged hair the treatments are more effective when put on dry hair. That's because there's no water coating the hair. It will still work if you put it on damp hair though. Just put it on then cover the hair with a shower cap if you have one. For the most effective result, even though it says 5 minutes, leave it in for as long as you possibly can (preferably overnight if possible) and then wash it out. Another great hair repair treatment is schwarzkophf bona cure repair treament for over processed/porous hair.
